Community Profile
While some view it as a neighbourhood with many challenges, those of us who live and work here know that the North End is a vibrant community with many strengths, and an energy like no other. The tagline “people before profit” is often used in the community, and represents the overall sentiment shared by the majority of residents: above all else, people care about the wellbeing of their neighbour.
Many health-related outcomes in the North End are below the local and national average.
