Primary Health

We offer access to a well-rounded range of services to help prevent, diagnose, and treat the health concerns of our patients, including:

Community Services

While physical health is essential, the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of health are also important to a person’s overall wellbeing. Our community services department helps to complete the circle of care that Mount Carmel Clinic provides, through offering resources and programs for families and individuals, such as:

  • Drop-in services (phone, computer access, harm reduction supplies)
  • Community Wellness Program (Indigenous and multi-cultural supports)
  • Sage House (support for women-identifying persons engaged in survival sex work)
  • Wiisocotatiwin Assertive Community Treatment Program (housing and mental health supports)

Early Learning &
Parenting Programs

The first 5 years of life are undoubtedly the most important time in a child’s development, which is why Mount Carmel Clinic aims to provide ample resources for expecting parents, young children, parents and caregivers, such as:
