Security Event

On April 17, 2024 Mount Carmel Clinic experienced a cyber security event. Our organization detected unauthorized entry to our systems, believed to be a cyber-attack. A dedicated cyber security team is established and working diligently to assess the impact, contain the threat and restore operations.

We take this matter seriously and are collaborating with authorities and experts to investigate and mitigate the effects of the attack. We are committed to transparency and accountability. During this time, you may notice some disruptions in our services. We will keep stakeholders informed of any developments.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Welcome to Our New Website!

After a lot of planning and development, we’re so excited to be able to share our new website with you!

Some new features to enjoy:

Improved Design – we have redesigned the whole site to reflect our refreshed branding, providing a brighter look with more accessible colours and fonts. The site is also easier to navigate and has been organized in a more user-friendly way.

Events Calendar & Updates – we have a new space to visit that will provide up-to-date info about programs, services, and events happening at the clinic. You can use the calendar and filter by program to see what’s going on at Mount Carmel Clinic’s sites on any given day, and read our updates for more info about announcements and events.

Social Stream – see what’s happening on our social media streams all in one location! Our social media profiles are the best place to find updates from the clinic including photos, posters, and announcements. Be sure to follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn to stay connected!

Take a look around and let us know what you think about our new website!

COVID-19 Changes

The pandemic has been an ongoing challenge for everyone around the world. Here at Mount Carmel Clinic, we are doing our best to keep our community and staff safe during this time by adapting our services to follow provincial guidelines and restrictions as they evolve.

In order to keep the public aware of changes at the clinic, we have dedicated a page on our website for advisories, updates and information about changes happening at the clinic due to COVID-19. You can click the red COVID-19 banner on our homepage to access it, and we will keep it as up-to-date as possible to make sure you’re aware of any changes.

Masks Mandatory at Mount Carmel Clinic

The Province of Manitoba has made masks mandatory in all indoor public spaces. In order to comply with these restrictions, Mount Carmel Clinic is now requiring all visitors and staff to wear masks in all buildings, including 886 Main Street, 888 Main Street, Sage House, ACT, Anne Ross Day Nursery, and the Mothering Project space.

We recognize that purchasing or making masks is not possible for everyone, so we are doing our best to collect donations from the community in order to provide masks to our participants as much as possible. If you are visiting the clinic and do not have a mask, please let a staff member know.

Thank you!
