The IT Systems Manager (ITSM) has senior responsibility for the planning, design and management of MCC’s Information Technology infrastructure across all sites and programs, including server hardware and software, LANs, WANs, Internet and Intranet systems and network segments. The ITSM leads IT strategic planning and manages IT staff and contractors to ensure that desktop support and other functions are working effectively.
$70,486 – $82,222 / annually
MCSE + 5 years’ experience in the network field or CISCO CCNE Certification
Certification in IT security management
Skills, Expertise and Experience
Minimum three (3) years’ experience as a Systems Administrator in a medium sized organization (50+ employees)
Demonstrated knowledge of VMware + 2 years’’ experience in VMware field
Proven knowledge of networking and managing IT infrastructure
Experience working with, and solving problems of, desktop users
Proven knowledge and ability in strategic-planning, critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and focus work-related activities to effectively and efficiently achieve goals and produce expected results/outcomes
